EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Black Joy Soy experience! While we do our best to ensure quality, here are our policies for exchanges and returns: 

EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

  • We offer a 30-day exchange policy for any item damaged during shipping (within the U.S. only).
  • To request an exchange, email info@blackjoysoy.com with the subject line: "Exchange/Return" and include your order number and photo of the damage.
  • All exchanges will be for the same item originally ordered.

Note: Items damaged or missing parts due to customer handling are not eligible for an exchange.

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products:

  • No refunds will be granted if you simply don’t like the scent.  We know choosing a scent online can be challenging so we provide detailed scent descriptions to help you make an informed decision.
  • If a refund is granted (rare exceptions), return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, and a 5% restocking fee will apply.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?

If you received the wrong item or are missing an item:

  • Email us at info@blackjoysoy.com with your order number and a photo.
  • We’ll ship out the correct item at no additional cost.
  • If you received extra items, we encourage you to share the item(s) with a friend—or keep them for yourself!

GIFTS

If you received a gift and need to request an exchange:

  • We’ll still need the order number and photo of any damage to process the request.
  • Order numbers are easy to find on the original order confirmation.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift Cards cannot be returned, redeemed for cash, or refunded (except where required by law).
  • Lost or stolen Gift Cards may be replaced for the remaining balance with proof of purchase.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • Clearance and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the necessary information.
